2010 Accommodations & Rates

All Cottages have a screened-in porch, living room, kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, coffee pot, pots & pans, cooking utensils & silverware.
Linens & towels are supplied,
You must bring beach towels & beach blankets.

**Electric fry pans, broilers & microwaves are not permitted**

All Units have cable hook-up, so bring your portable cable ready TV.

"2 Bedroom Cottages" Seasonal
# 1, #2 & 3 $ 775.00 weekly	1 bedroom has a double bed, second has 2 double beds. Bathroom with a full bath & shower. Non-smoking units.
# 4 & 5 $ 625.00 weekly	1 bedroom has a double bed, second has 2 singles. Bathroom with shower.
# 6 & 7 $ 675.00 weekly	1 bedroom has a double bed, second has 2 singles. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed.

"Triplex" Year Round
# 8 & # 9: $ 650.00 weekly	2 bedrooms each with one double bed. Bathroom & shower
# 10: $ 650.00 weekly	2 bedrooms one with a double bed and second with two single beds. Bathroom & shower

"Carriage House" Year Round
# 1A: $ 615.00 weekly	1 bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower.
# 2A: $ 615.00 weekly	1 bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with shower.

"Dream Hall" Year Round
# 3A: $ 615.00 weekly	1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.
# 4A: $ 615.00 weekly	1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower.
# 5A:$ 775.00 weekly	1 bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and high riser and full bath. Non-smoking unit.

Rates are based on a family of 4. (2 Adults and one or two children)
Extra person charges:$ 25.00 per day and $ 85.00 per week.

POSITIVELY NO VISITORS

Cottages accommodate from 2-6 persons,
but no more than 4 Adults in any one unit.
Our In-season weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival time: 2 PM Departure Time: 10:00 AM
Off-season arrival and departure times and days are flexible.
Our office closes at 11 PM, we do not have a night desk, just two tired hosts.
